How to join

Email bonjour@nclcprep.com with a link to your channel, page or site. We reply with your code, your link (for example nclcprep.com/?code=YOURCODE) and your test pass.

Terms

La version française fait foi.

1. Net revenue: what the buyer paid, minus sales tax, minus refunds and chargebacks. Payment fees are on us.
2. Attribution: only a paid sale made with your code counts. The code is typed at checkout or applied through your link for 30 days.
3. Payment: monthly, by Wise or PayPal, in Canadian dollars or in euros at the day’s rate, once you are owed at least CA$25. A sale counts after the 14-day refund window. A refund after payment is taken off the next payment.
4. Label it as an ad: every mention of NCLC Prep with your code is an ad. Label it the way the platform and your country require, for example “#ad”, “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale” in France, or the platform’s paid-partnership tool.
5. Not allowed: promising a score or a pass, presenting the tool as official or linked to France Éducation international or IRCC, sharing real exam questions, bulk unsolicited messages, fake reviews, buying ads on the NCLC Prep name, posting the code on coupon sites, or using your own code for yourself.
6. Your role: you only recommend. The buyer pays NCLC Prep directly. You don’t sell, negotiate or conclude any contract on our behalf.
7. Ending: either side can stop at any time with 14 days’ notice by email. Commissions already earned are paid. If these terms are broken, we can stop at once and not pay for the sales concerned.
8. Taxes: you declare your commissions yourself. We may ask for the details our bookkeeping needs.
9. Changes: we can change these terms with 14 days’ notice by email. Sales already made keep the original terms.
