How long does it take to get TCF Canada results?

Checked November 1, 2026

TCF Canada results are published within 15 working days of France Éducation international (FEI) receiving the session material. The count starts at FEI’s receipt, not on your exam date, so your centre’s shipping time is added on top.

How it works.

  • Your results appear in your TCF-Candidat space and are sent to the centre.
  • Once the centre has validated the session, you get an email from noreply@france-education-international.fr so you can open the account. You sign up with your birth date, birth country and the first letters of your surname. Look in your spam folder if it has not arrived.
  • The attestation is a secure PDF with a QR code. It shows the issue date, and the 2-year validity runs from that date.

The manual also mentions 10 working days after the session closes, for computer sessions made up only of multiple-choice tests. TCF Canada always includes writing and speaking, so plan on 15 working days.

If you need the result for a deadline, pick your date with this delay in mind, and and with a possible retake in mind, since two sittings must be 20 days apart.

The full timeline, from exam day to attestation, is in TCF Canada results and validity.
